Our VEGETARIAN KETO-FRIENDLY LCHF PROGRAM CONSISTS OF:
90-110 g FATS AND FATTY FOODS. We use Coconut MCT, Flax Oil, Olive Oil, Nuts, Seeds, Avocado, Coconut Milk, Butter and Ghee.
30-40 g PROTEIN from Free-Range Eggs, Grass-fed butter, Ghee and good quality CHEESE and YOGURT, Tofu (we omit for breast cancer survivors/those at risk) and minimal amounts of beans used only as garnish, sides or condiments.
20 – 25 g CARBOHYDRATES in the form of Leafy Greens, Hard Vegetables and occasionally sweet potato/squash. Small amounts of berries and fruits are permissible as condiments. We use Stevia, Xylitol to sweeten if needed.
